WhatsApp AI agents and chatbots for your business

Your customers already message you on WhatsApp. A WhatsApp AI agent answers instantly in Tamil or English, books the visit or order, and hands over to a person when it should.

What a WhatsApp AI agent can do

  • Reply to enquiries about prices, availability, timings and location
  • Qualify leads by asking for budget, date and requirement, then save them to a sheet or CRM
  • Book appointments, site visits and cab trips
  • Send reminders for payments, appointments and scheme instalments
  • Ask for a review after a purchase
  • Share order or booking status
  • Hand over to your team with the full conversation attached

Agent or chatbot?

A chatbot follows a fixed menu. An AI agent understands free-form messages in Tamil, English or a mix, checks your data and decides the next step. The best setup is often both: buttons for common actions and an agent for everything else.

How it works

WhatsApp agents run on the WhatsApp Business Platform (the API), usually through a provider such as WATI. The provider handles the connection to WhatsApp. I build the agent, connect it to your sheet, CRM or booking system, and write the rules for when it hands over. I have already integrated WATI into a production CRM.

  • Messages you start need pre-approved templates and the customer's opt-in
  • Customers can message you any time, and the agent can reply freely while the conversation is active
  • Meta charges for some message types and your provider adds a platform fee. Rules and prices change, so I check the current ones with you during scoping

Tamil, English and mixed messages

Customers write in Tamil script, English and the mix many people use day to day. I test the agent on real messages in all three and make it reply in the language the customer used.

Safe by design

  • Opt-in only, with a clear way to ask for a person
  • Sensitive topics such as medical, legal and payment disputes go to your staff
  • Every conversation is logged so you can review it
  • The agent only states facts from your approved information sheet

Frequently asked questions

How much does WhatsApp chatbot development cost?

It depends on the number of tasks, the systems it connects to and how much human review you want. There are also running costs: the AI model, your WhatsApp provider's fee and Meta's message charges. I give a written estimate after a free first consultation.

Can the agent reply in Tamil?

Yes. It can read and reply in Tamil, English and mixed messages, and I test it on real examples from your customers before launch.

Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?

To run an AI agent on your business number, yes. The WhatsApp Business Platform is what lets software send and receive messages. I help you set it up through a provider such as WATI.

Will customers know they are talking to AI?

I recommend telling them and always offering a way to reach a person. That builds trust and avoids frustration.

Can it take orders or payments?

It can take orders and booking details. For payments, it can send a payment link, with an approval step where needed. The agent itself never handles card details.

Could my WhatsApp number get banned?

Following WhatsApp's rules on opt-in, templates and quality keeps the risk low. I build the agent to respect those rules and to avoid spam-like behaviour.

Tell me what eats your week.

My intake agent asks a few quick questions and puts your brief in front of me. I read every one.
