An MCP server exposes your systems, such as a CRM, a database or a browser, as tools an agent can call. If you want AI to work inside your own software, you probably need one.

### Do you work with businesses outside Coimbatore?
Yes. I'm based in Coimbatore and have worked with clinics, jewellers, wedding venues, exporters, cab operators and street vendors across Tamil Nadu, and with remote teams elsewhere. Calls, screen sharing and WhatsApp make distance a non-issue.
